  • Scroll down the page and locate the “Search Shortcuts” section ;

Restore default search engine on Firefox

If you accidentally deleted a search engine from Mozilla, you can restore it by doing the following:

  • Start Firefox;
  • Click on the three horizontal lines at the top right;
  • Click on the item “Options” ;

  • Click on the “Restore default search engines” button, located under the “Search shortcuts” section.

Warning: the “Restore default search engines” button will be disabled if you have never removed a search engine from Mozilla.
