- Click on the Start button;
- Select the “Settings” icon, the one in the shape of a gear on the left;
- Do click on “Devices” ;
- From the menu on the left area, select the item “Mouse” ;
- Click on the item “Additional mouse options” ;
- Select the “Pointer Options” tab ;
- Change the sensitivity of the mouse using the slider under the heading “Select the pointer speed, “then click “OK” and exit the Windows Settings.
Windows 7/Windows Vista
If you are using Windows 7 or Windows Vista and want to change the mouse pointer speed, the procedure is as follows:
- Do click the Start button;
- Select the item “Control Panel” ;
- Click on “Hardware and sounds,” then click on the item “Mouse” under the item “Devices and printers” ;
